Chandler Watters Warriors was founded with the goal of cultivating the next generation of leaders. This dynamic program combines experiential learning, mentorship, and skill-building activities to empower young individuals with the tools they need to excel in leadership roles. Through interactive workshops, community projects, and immersive simulations, participants gain valuable insights into effective communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration. The program fosters a sense of purpose and civic responsibility, encouraging youth to engage in social issues and make a positive impact in their communities. With a focus on personal growth and character development, Watters Warriors of GA nurtures confident and visionary individuals who are prepared to tackle the challenges of the future.
Mission
The mission of Chandler Watters Warriors of Georgia is to provide a safe and productive place for local youth to develop leadership skills, experience team building and get involved with the community all while having fun and wonderful life learning adventures.
Vision
Chandler Watters Warriors of Georgia was founded to provide opportunities for local young people to learn true and effective life skills. The organization will offer team building workshops, anti-bullying techniques, outdoor adventures, tutoring, camps and ways to be an active asset in the community. All these avenues of developing great life skills will give rise to young people who have excellent leadership skills which in turn will develop our next generation of community leaders. It is the organization's goal to aid in the greater good of our community by developing successful, independent and strong leaders of tomorrow.
